Q1:Who can participate in the Innovation Incubation Initiative?
The initiative is primarily open to students and faculty teams from universities both in China and abroad. Interdisciplinary and cross-university teams are highly encouraged.
Q2:How to form a team? Is there a limit on the number of team members?
We encourage forming an open project group centered around a faculty mentor. There are no restrictions on team composition; we welcome flexible participation from faculty and students across different disciplines and institutions. In addition to one lead mentor (who is required), we strongly encourage inviting more mentors to provide diverse guidance and collaboration.
Q3:What are the specific requirements for submitting a solution?
Submissions should include project information (to be filled in the registration system), design drawings/prototype images, and a presentation video (within 3 minutes). Please note: each enterprise may have specific requirements for deliverables, so be sure to carefully review the detailed instructions for your chosen challenge before submitting.
Q4:Who owns the intellectual property rights?
The intellectual property rights of submitted works belong to the participating team.
Q5:What are the evaluation criteria?
Projects are evaluated based on their potential for industrial application, with a focus on four dimensions: innovation, technical feasibility, commercial growth potential, and on-site presentation.
We will get back to you within 3 working days to assist with any inquiries related to the Innovation Incubation Initiative.
