Dear Participants,

Since the launch of the 2026 Design Intelligence Award (DIA) call for entries, the DIA Committee has received widespread attention and positive feedback. Considering that this year's free registration period coincides with the university graduation season, and in order to provide more time for outstanding works to be prepared and submitted, as well as to further encourage participation from the design community, the DIA committee has decided to extend the free registration deadline.

After review, the revised timeline is as follows:

· The free registration deadline is extended to 24:00 , July 1, 2026, Beijing Time (UTC+8). Entries submitted by this date will not incur any registration fee. 

· The rules for Additional Registration Phase 2 will remain unchanged, running from July 2 to 24:00 September 1, 2026, Beijing Time (UTC+8).

We hope more designers can take the time to refine their works and participate in the DIA with their creations at their fullest and most authentic state, making the graduation season not only a farewell but also a stepping stone to the future.
